Blackstone Said to Announce Intertrust IPO on Monday

Blackstone Group LP will announce on Monday an initial public offering for Intertrust Group BV, a Dutch business that offers legal and financial administrative services to companies and funds, according to a person familiar with the matter.

The company, which is being advised by Lazard Ltd., will seek to go public in Amsterdam and raise more than 2 billion euros ($2.3 billion), said the person, who declined to be identified because he’s not authorized to talk about it.
Deutsche Bank AG and UBS Group AG are among the banks leading the IPO, Sky reported earlier Sunday.
Blackstone, which bought Intertrust in December 2012, sought 605 million euros of loans to finance the business after the completion of the IPO, people familiar with the matter said last month.
