All great ideas have one thing in common- they are workable whether big or small . Innovation is the progressive addition to an idea in such a way that enhances the idea. Innovation should be the goal of every entrepreneur and not just money making. It is very important that entrepreneurs should be aware that ideas are the infinite wonders of the world. But having an idea and sustaining the momentum to executive that idea are poles apart. The momentum is your stick-ability and work ability credentials which is a must for every businessperson.


Stick ability allows an entrepreneur to conceive an idea and remain faithful to the idea until it matures and reflects the true vision of the entrepreneur. When ideas are first implemented it looks ugly, bored, and dull but the entrepreneur who doubles as the leader and visionary sees something different than what the onlookers sees. So the entrepreneur have to ensure the true vision in his heart emerges and stick ability does it with ease.
Work ability is thorough planning and execution. An idea with a well detailed and strategic plan with an allowance for modification without causing severe deformity to the idea is what changes the world. Work ability is knowing what to do and when to do what to do. If you have an idea without knowing what to do then you are stuck. To get out of the rut you need a plan. A plan is basically what you should do. Imagine an entrepreneur who wants to build a skyscraper. The plan would be to get an architect who will counsel him and from there the plan is birth. Counsel or the 21st century terminology consultation or consulting is a win-win approach for entrepreneurs. Experts comes in handy here. many are ready to give you free or subsidized service and some will charge a fee. As an entrepreneur you cannot take the next meaningful steps without consulting with a experts. Reach for a trusted expert and pour out your ideas and then listen and take note. Act like a master and think like a genius for life is a craft.
